Am I becoming a real estate agent?

No. You're an introducer / referral partner. You refer leads to Good Yield. Our Thai-licensed agents handle showings, negotiation, paperwork, and closing.

When do I get paid?

When a deal you introduced is signed and paid. Standard Bangkok rental closes earn 1 month of rent in commission — your 20% lands as soon as the property funds clear.

Is this legal under Thai law?

Yes — when structured as a referral / lead-generation arrangement. The training covers exactly what you can and cannot do.

Can I refer from outside Thailand?

Yes, that's the whole point. Most of our partners refer from Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China, Vietnam, Cambodia, the US and EU.
